Here is the latest from Barcelona Hair Academy!  As you may know our professional hairdressing courses kicked off last weekend with our Art of Barbering Course, and our Beginners Course will start in March. Well, there’s more!! For a limited time we will be opening the doors of our hair academy to the public as a pop-up hair salon. Yes, you heard it right! Now you can get your hair done by the academy’s professional creative team.

The salon will be opening on February 23^rd so make sure you mark the date as from then on, you can get your hair styled by a member of a team that has worked alongside the best stylists at Madrid and New York Fashion Weeks and has styled hundreds of celebrities and models. Make sure you visit us soon because this pop-up hair salon will be running for a short time only.

The Barcelona Hair Academy’s Beginners Course is a complete and varied program designed to transform beginners into experts. It combines theory and practical classes to give you a firm foundation for your future career.

The basic skills taught on the Beginners Course include techniques like classic and modern cutting, colouring, shaving and beard grooming and other specialist techniques for creating all kinds of finishes and styles. You will learn the anatomy, structure and texture of hair and  how to apply what you learn on the course to each individual client. As a Barcelona Hair Academy student you will be able to identify which cut and color suits your customers best according to their face shape, hair type and style. We will also teach you business skills for the hairdressing industry to give you a basis in product sales, marketing, etc.

You will be able to practice what you learn in the hair salon of our academy under the supervision of the tutors.

The course lasts for 46 weeks and starts in January and September with small students groups . Classes will be in English.
